It's become the starriest dining room in St. Tropez, this year-round eatery that was awarded 3-satr Michelin in 2013 and offers a gastro-hotel ambiance in the summer capital of chic. Visitors arrive to a quaff valet at this waterfront address and through the hotel's main lobby into the formal dining room. White pillars stride a dining room of terra-cotta floors and walls of glass the face the harbor and rare beach frontage. A large terrace covered in canary yellow umbrellas with white fringe are the backdrop for dining during warmer weather, but not detracting from the formal gourmet experience of this epic gourmand.
The Food
Chef Arnaud Donckele orchestrates an ala carte and prix fixe tasting menu of culinary fanfare beginning with seasonal and locally inspired dishes liked a French-spin on ceviche with fish and crabmeat marinated in local mandarin oranges, lobster serviced four ways including as gelee and pearl caviar or Zitone pasta with black truffle or foie gras.
