For the last half-decade, the owners behind Bootsy Bellows and The Nice Guy have dominated the 'cool' scene for Hollywood nightlife. Now the team takes on a former gay dance hall turned cabaret club along a street that's slowly becoming more and more gentrified. Touted as a proper supper club, the owners have splurged on a proper menu to entice a destination dining crowd before 10pm, but be warned that you may be encouraged to relinquish your booth after 11pm when the space morphs into the town's top nightspot. Food impresses as does the space that feels like Alice in Wonderland meets the Ambassador's old Coconut Grove complete with velvety booths, nightly live show and gas fireplace to keep you warm on those few, cold LA nights.

The Nice Guy does Roaring 20s supper club sequel in West Hollywood.

Last Word

The owners behind Bootsy Bellows and The Nice Guy create 20s inspired nightclub that hopes to channel modern-day Jay Gatsy's and Marie Antoinette - just don't try explaining to anyone that Marie wasn't from the 1920s.
