It's one of the top live music venues in San Francisco, located in a warehouse-style dance space that's attracted a cross-section of live artists on their SF tours from Lady Gaga to Estelle and Beth Ditto. The venue doubles throughout the year as an art gallery and cabaret club with weekly live music shows and performance art that tests the conventional bounds of local nightlife. The space is well-equipped to handle the large crowds that come out for shows by Lupe Fiasco, Passion Pit and Snoop Dogg that bring with them across-section of local musical tastes and lifestyles.

Last Word
If arriving for a true A-List headliner, make sure to get situated close to one of the three bars to minimize the travel time between beverages. Lines can vary from difficult to plain impossible throughout the night.
