  • La Reserve is a high-end architectural resort group comprising of upscale all-suite accommodations in Geneva, Paris and seaside outpost in St. Tropez. Every location is a little different beginning with their safari-inspired, Jacques Garcia-designed property in Geneva to more urban-minded luxury apartments in Paris's 16th Arrondissement. Located in the upscale residential section of St. Tropez's Ramateulle, halfway between the beach clubs and village, their St. Tropez location is in a neighborhood more famous for its palatial estates than hotels where this former-70s resort has been erased into 21st Century exclusivity. Star-architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, with landmark projects in Budva Montenegro and Moscow, debuts a whimsical luxury spa hotel offering all-suite accommodations and villas with the added convenience of an on-site resort.

Visitors arrive to a dramatic glass-enclosed lobby with butterfly ceiling and teak terrace overlooking the bay. The sprawling property was rebuilt with privacy in mind, as guests come together at the massive destination spa with indoor pool, biotherapies and fitness center offering tailored new programs devised to assist guests in achieving or maintaining their fitness, weight and health goals. The fun factors of the hotel include a dramatic infinity pool with poolhouse attended by preening staff and on-site eatery transitioning from casual bistro to high-end gourmand from day to night. For those not in mood for the 2am partying of the St. Tropez village, there's also an on-site lounge conducive to vintage bottles of wine that last till late night.

  • The Room:

Guests of La Reserve select between accommodations within the spa-hotel with its 16 suites and 7 rooms as well as 12-luxury villas ideal for long summertime stays. The indoor-outdoor design is incorporated into all guest space where spa-style elegance is translated into tranquil guest rooms drawn in color tones that draw in beach colors of soft beige, sand and pink. Guests arrive to sleek and sexy spaces with built-in privacy walls that separate living and bathroom space. Floors are lined in natural stone, wood and carpets framed by walls of glass enveloped in Linen drapes and views of pine forests and silhouettes of the sea. Furnishings are modern but not glaringly so, with platform style beds and lounge area by B&B Italia, Flexform and Hans Wegner. Bathrooms bring the spa to your with suspended countertops with in-laid sinks, soaking tubs and rain showers. Those booking into one of the private villas are offered the additional perks of fully furnished kitchens and outdoor entertaining spaces perfect for a fancy French Riviera soirée.
