Much like most of the nightclubs and bars that dot the lakefront of Queenstown, Skybar is a high-bred restaurant and bar in the classic style of New York supper clubs. While a Skybar in other cities would be at least 20-stories up, this one is on the upper-level of a glass enclosed retail and restaurant mid-rise near the city's lively harbor. Inside, one of the city's better-designed bars offers a long galley space divided between dining room seating and long bar populated with ski bunnies and adventure dudes dressed in their nightclub-best. At the rear of the space is a small fireplace lounge surrounded in sofas and club chairs that's privy to periodic DJs and late-night tabletop dancing.
