Taking-off just after a late lunch crowd vacates the outdoor cafe, a dressy entourage of poolside vixens and Zegna-suited Italian men make way to this outdoor raw bar and bubbly scene that surrounded the main pool and adjacent terrace bar. Ignited by tracks of classic Italian or jazz music, guests sip their way through sunset while nibbling on some of the hotel best seafood creations and town's only oyster bar. Waning through dinner and then picking up again in the late evening, the bar is one of the livelier drinking spots in the village with a good mix of in-house tourists and high-flouting locals.
