The Place:
LAX - Las Vegas
The Scene:
Luxor nightlife rises like a phoenix from the ashes with the highflying help of Pure Management Group and the late-Adam Goldstein. Better known as DJ AM or Nicole Ritchie's ex-fiancée, Goldstein launched the Vegas-outpost of his famous LA nightclub known for outrageous theme parties and DJ events beofre passing away in 2009. Gone is the Egyptian flair of yesterday and in its place comes a streamline space of neon windows, circular VIP booths and LAX-inspired architecture. Now they just need to remodel the rest of the Luxor Hotel. The club measures almost three-times the size as its LA-sibling, offering a massive VIP room with individual private lofts and predominant DJ podium that hopes to lure celebrities further down the strip and away from places like Pure and Tao.
JetSet Tips:
We love the nightclub, but hate the Cleopatra meets Dora-the-Explorer hotel that needs to just be imploded already.
Last Word:
Vegas-outpost of Hollywood hotspot lures celebrities and party revelers to the ever-dated Luxor.
