    It’s a standout in many ways from the heart of Bangrak, this beachfront eatery that occupies a rare two story dining room with teak terraces jetting out onto the sand under bamboo pole ceiling. Visitors arrive through a double-door main entrance and along a teak walkways leading to the outdoor pavilions that adjoin a small boutique hotel property with pool and deck loungers. Mature gardens and seafront location provide a romantic backdrop for candlelit dinners at tables strewn with colorful pottery and linens.

  • The Food:

    A mostly Thai menu of seafood cuisine on rotating seasonal menu offers daily specials inscribed on a communal chalkboard that changes each day with the local fisherman’s market. A staff fluent in English and the occasional testy tourist offers a hearty selection of fish specialties like tuna steaks and grilled meats including the sensational lamb dish and a great beef curry. Dessert is a medley of fruit dishes over jasmine rice with coconut sauce, banana spring rolls or popular chocolate pudding.
