  • The Scene:

Between the hustle of old town and boozy beach debauchery of Pampelonne are the St. Tropez highlands (as we call them) towards Salins Beach where Hotel Sezz St. Tropez is found on a two-lane rural road of farmhouses and quaff estates. A mod '50s inspired modern resort complex is laid out around a center pool courtyard with one-story architecture framing a main dining room with walls of glass and quirky collection of futuristic dining chairs. Outside, where you'll want a table anytime between July and September, a large terrace is accented in mature shade trees with well-space tables providing evening breezes and thump of lounge music from the nearby champagne bar sponsored by Dom Perignon

  • The Food:

A stellar in-house chef who trained under Pierre Gagnaire, who formerly curated this hotel eatery, creates a medley of simple beach-minded Mediterranean dishes for all-day poolside dining and evening dinner. The menu is inspired by the menagerie of seasonal produce imported by local farmers and seafood providers for a refined but not too fussy hotel-based gastronomic experience

  • Last Word

Impressive chef masters simple St. Tropez excellence of local products with this hotel-based gourmet eatery.
