Located in the chicest part of Bodrum along the Türkbükü waterfront, Fidele is the summertime outpost of the well-established Istanbul eatery. The restaurant is found along a harborside dining room laid in teak floors with white tabletops illuminated in flickering candlelight under the summer night sky. The crowd is one of the prettiest you'll find by night, a congregation of super models, Turkish heartthrobs and Hollywood luminaries snuggling-up on well-cushioned director's chairs and inside lounge-style seating areas that hum of DJs spinning electro-jazz and house.

The waterside location alludes to the top-notch seafood flavors and harbor views of the very boats that line and reel-in the daily fresh catches of the Fidele menu. Open throughout the day as the restaurant arm of the boutique hotel, that despite its great location is rather lackluster in design and flair, the restaurant is undoubtedly the main attraction as a well-heeled clientele catwalks to its waterfront entrance. Meals begin with Turkish inspired mezze plates of hummus, flatbreads and tabouleh and onto heartier dishes of Fidele salad or sensational octopus carpaccio. Main course is a meat and seafood minded collection of pepper steaks grilled on open flame and kabobs of local fish or shrimp risotto.
