  • The Scene:

Located around a shaded courtyard outside a period stone building along the Bodrum marina, Kuba Bar and Restaurant manages to be one of the area's star attractions for be-seen dinners and late-night lounge life. Arranged atop a terrazzo terrace, acrylic chairs surround perfect white tabletops with oil lanterns and crystal stemware. A cozy interior space offers a far more impressive front dining room exposed to the elements with metal fans and LCD TVs suspended to walls. The crowd leans on the dressy side, popular with visiting fashionistas that like to step-out come nightfall along the famous waterfront and sidewalk scene.

  • The Food:

A traditional seafood-minded menu is more Turkish than Cuban, despite what the name suggests, offering appetizers ranging from fried calamari and fresh seafood starters to mezze salads. Main course includes grilled seafood platters as well as specialty meats and daily market specials served into late evening.
