Silver Rockwell Group pens Park City supper club hotspot
-
The Scene:
It's currently the hottest spot in Park City located along Main Street in a three-level space that merges fine dining with an impressive nightlife infrastructure. The building itself dates back to 1926, replete with authentic brick details deposed with a glamorous flair thanks to New York's Rockwell Group that's all but a new around these Park City parts. Visitors descend into a glamorous world of restaurant lounge and bar flanking a dining room arranged within interconnecting rooms of matte-finish hardwood floors, industrial concrete ceiling with whimsical light fixtures and minimalist tables arranged in metallic lizard-skin fabric. Finer details like marble footboards, iridescent glass paneling and interconnecting staircase bridges a lower-level lounge and mezzanine bar that are currently the hottest in Park City in terms of style and clientele.

The Food:
Unlike most other ski town hotspots, food is not a secondary thought at Silver with one of the best dining experience available in Park City offering crudo menu of wild mushroom and crispy leek crostini, grilled baby octopus and torchon of foie gras. The venison tartare and black kale Caesar are also standouts. Main course includes wild mushroom Chianti ravioli with black truffle butter, ribeye with cauliflower gratin and braised Colorado lamb shank with tomato balsamic rapini – and don’t forget a side of truffle fries.
