  • The Scene:

Arriving to the Montauk scene is Sean MacPhearson, owner of the Bowery Hotel in NY and LA’s Il Covo, who offers a pedigree restaurant and on-site inn along a waterfront location near the center of town. A quintessential beach eatery offers indoor-outdoor environment of signature seaside elements that blend urban design and Macphearson’s iconic touch of eclectic. The crowd offers a mix of Hampton second homeowners that complain about the long drive with burgeoning artists and bohemian summer scene that’s emerged in recent years as Montauk has exploded in popularity.

Owner of the Bowery Hotel does Montuak Inn with camper-chic style and it-restaurant. The hotel and restaurant got off to a slow-start, but expect things to rev to a full throttle till the end of summer.
