It’s really the first true competitor to emerge for Soho House on the Berlin scene, a well-designed supper club and late-night spot that merge a sophisticated design with a media-savvy crowd. The space is divided amongst a series of compartmentalized rooms with main eater occupying a two-level space with upstairs lounge area. Exposed concrete walls are clad in heavy drapery with elaborate Victorian light fixtures the rise above the main eatery with its dark wood bistro chairs and white-clothed tables. A more intimate bar entertains after dinner as well as a proper dance club with line-up of Berlin’s hottest DJs.
The Food
Open for weekday lunch and nightly dinner, the menu features appetizers of stuffed artichoke, field salad served with bacon-chips and terrine of foie gras. A specially built grill specializes in meats from the Spree Forest as well as Chateaubriand and fillet mignon. Further mains include black truffle risotto, swordfish with roasted tomatoes and entrée-size beef tartare.
Last Word
Supper club with bar and late-night dance scene is one of the hottest for Soho House crowd looking to branch out in Berlin.
