Located within the Hotel de Paris, 3-star Michelin consulting chef Georges Blanc was recently swapped out for risig star Philippe Guérin inside this stylish French eatery that mixes tones of the 70s Riviera in a village-central bistro. In tones of emerald green and lemony citrus, Sybille de Margerie designs a space of modern fluted bistro chairs with boldly upholstered banquettes and walls of glass that opens to a massive outdoor terrace lined in olive trees and summery foliage.

The Food

Chef Philippe Guérin features the best of seasonal French, farm-to-table cuisine. In a traditional bistro-style restaurant, the menu highlights season after season of the best products from the local market. Open every day for lunch and dinner.

Last Word

An adjacent lobby bar serves an all day menu of light fare including snacks, finger food, and salad in addition to an extensive cocktail menu.
