Tucked inside the main concourse of Encore at the Wynn, Andrea's is a seductive space cast in creamy neutral color tones with bubbly glass chandeliers that illuminate slabs of butterflied onyx. A long, galley style bar perks with life from 5pm till 2am on the weekends with LCD screen of looming eyes and DJ backbeat. Lower ceilings lend better acoustics and a more intimate setting at snug tabletops with caramel-colored leather chairs and monochromatic banquettes that contain a mix of in-house hotel guests, visiting business types and the occasional celeb.
The Food
A supper club-style dining experience by chef Joseph Elevado combines a hip Asian menu of truffle edamame, salmon tartare, Hamachi and Wagyu sliders. A full raw bar juxtaposes dim sum selections of potstickers and shumai. Main course includes rib eye chop Miso black cod and garlic lobster with array of sides like crispy noodles, duck lo mein and baby eggplant.
