Opened in late-2014, a trio of El Bulli alum were inspired to recreate the dining room where their culinary careers began. Located in front of the Ninot Market in Eixample, one of the city's most prolific dining rooms make waves for its cuisine and avant-garde design. A bold, wrought iron entrance leads to a central corridor of colorful ceramics. passing through the working kitchen and into the dining room and adjacent terrace inspired by Spanish fishing villages with its colorful, geometric wall ornamentation.
The Food
A tasting menu of Mediterranean-focused, seasonal ingredients yields impeccable dishes like caviar pasta, corn tart with foie gras, deconstructed ceviche, fried eggplant with katsuobu, Razor clams with seaweed in salt and Moroccan style pigeon with almond gnocchi and elderflower amber.
