Located along the 71st and 72nd floors of the JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai's highest hotel, Morah comes to be from the creators of Miami and Toronto's acclaimed Byblos restaurant. A giant spiral staircase connects the two floors that house a dazzling bar and main eatery with lunch and dinner service. Captured within 270-degree views of the city, some of the best of any Dubai restaurant, Morah features a wonderfully delicate design palette of bleached wood floors, marble tabletops and Gio Ponti-inpired banquettes chosen by Canada's Navigate Design.<br />
A 3-course menu of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine yields dishes like crispy squid, tomato salad with pesto and feta, fig and greens with orange blossom vinaigrette or grass-fed steak tartare. Main course includes wild-mushroom pide, black cod in vine leaf, boneless Branzino and Spanish octopus with fingerling potatoes.
