You pick your means of transportation to Robinson, located on the southside of Hvar and accessible by foot along the coastal pedestrian walkway or by 5-minute boat ride. It's there underneath a canopy of mature pines and lone 200-year old olive tree that a series of stacked stone buildings peek out onto a small rocky beach and deserted stretch of Mekievica Bay. A small bar uncorks day till dusk while an outdoor dining room is arranged in picnic-style banquettes and wooden chairs at simple wooden tables strewn with white cloth during more formal affairs or simply kept bare for lively summertime lunches and sunset dinners.
