Having been the it-beach club of Saint-Barths since arriving on Shell Beach in 2017, Shellona arrives to St. Tropez for a high-season installment in partnership with longtime Cé La Vi beach club. With a simple nomadic architecture of teak floors and canvas decor sprawled-out along a prime location on Pampelonne Beach, Shellona brings a uniquely bohemian style to an existing terrace and oceanfront dining room inches from the sea. More typical of Ibiza and Mykonos, Shellona offers a lively lunch scene and late-night sunset sessions that hopes to give beach visitors an alternative to Nikki Beach come 7pm.
The Food
Chef Yiannis Kioroglou creates an all-day menu of Greek specialties that begins with table-portions of dips and fresh flatbreads followed by seafood salads and grilled meat and fish dishes.
