November 30, 2015 08.16 AM

With new creative director and satellite fairs like Design Miami and Scope, Art Basel Miami Beach is bigger than ever for its 2015 installment. From December 3rd through the 6th, art elite descend on the city's hottest hotels that this year includes new properties like 1 Hotel South Beach and Faena Hotel that join the ranks of EDITION South Beach and Soho House as the city's preeminent art addresses. Miami's best museums also debut their top exhibitions of the year including ICA's duo female show with video artist Alex Bag and photographer Shannon Ebner while PĂ©rez Art Museum showcases Jamaican artist Nari Ward.

From Cronuts to Laduree macarons, pop-ups of some of the world's most iconic brands make their way to Art Basel and Miami's Design District. New eateries like Marion satiate arty bohemians with eclectic French in Brickell while Beachcraft brings Tom Colicchio's latest seafood menu to a super-cool setting in South Beach. For brunch, Morgan's hosts a cozy weekend soiree under its covered porch in the Design District. Byblos does a yummy Mediterranean menu with Middle Eastern influences in one of the prettiest new dining spaces along Collin Avenue while Stephen Star does retro Americana at diner-inspired Continental a few streets away.

Whether its Visionaire, Deitch's annual supper or invariable opening soirees, Art Basel is as much about the party as it is the art. Look for Le Baron to return to the Delano, Montauk's The Surf Lodge at the Hall South Beach and Bootsy Bellows at E11even Miami. Nightclubs lure top names like Martin Buttrich with Pete Tong at Trade on December 3rd, Swizz Beatz at Story and FKA Twigs at National Young Arts Campus and Paris Hilton spinning at Wall that have many decrying the end of Art Basel on December 4th. Things, however, improve with David Guetta on December 5th at LIV and Paul Van Dyk at Club Space or Bob Sinclair at Wall on the 6th to closeout Art Basel weekend.
