What if Hotel du Cap did a ski hotel?

October 08, 2013 06.37 PM

Ever stared off into the horizon from the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Rock and wondered, “What if they did a ski hotel?” For those that have, your dreams become reality in early December as L\'Apogée opens in Courchevel. The first true ski resort for the luxury brand whose posh dictum of ‘masterpiece hotels’ unveils a 54-room property with penthouse suite and neighboring villa with its own spa and cinema. Interior designers India Mahdavi and Joseph Dirand are responsible for the look and feel of interiors, Mahdavi lending a playful deco edge to plush design at projects like the Monte Carlo Beach Hotel. The resort landscape is headlined by a new grill concept by two Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Franques that will include an après-ski terrace and caviar bar. The ski-in/ski-out property will include a branded ski concierge and signature spa with indoor pool. Numerous opening specials are already on offer including Third Night Free and prices from €600 per night.
