The crowd varies between guests of the Byblos and part-time St. Tropez residents making an appearance before hitting Les Caves du Roy located along a short corridor away from the restaurant.
The Food
One of two great eateries at the Byblos, the the menu offers a supper club spin on gourmet Mediterranean cuisine with a local twist. The restaurant prides itself on a culinary freedom that allows guests to either eat in an interior bar environment, terrace or main dining area surrounded in architectural winter garden. The cuisine rotates between native local flavors of the French Riviera, Italy, and inland France for homemade pastas, delicate seafood dishes and incredible meats evocative of Ducasse's other awarded eateries. In-house DJs mix a special soundtrack of dinner tunes that vary between hip-hop and ‘60s French music.
