Inspired by the trove of seafood available locally and traditional Mediterranean cuisine, the chefs of Capri Palace and Beauty Farm have worked culinary wonders in the Il Riccio kitchen for an all-day eatery inspired by the sea and spa. Chef Andrea Migliaccio creates a daytime and dinner menu of seafood carpaccios, flavorful homemade pastas and grilled fish dishes that are casually presented in a beach inspired setting. Main course is a medley of shellfish and whole fish dishes that compliment a larger seafood buffet enjoyed at lunch and dinner. Special menus and dinners are also available for those on a diet created especially for Beauty Farm guests or simply looking to keep slim enough to pass into the Blue Grotto with swimsuit ease.
