A 10-minute and sometimes much longer drive outside of Beirut, La Creperie is discovered within a n 18th Century villas with some of the best waterfront views in Lebanon. What feels like Ravello or Cap Ferrat, La Creperie was built from a family home in the 1960s and into a summertime dining institution that slowly fell to neglect and abandonment over the late 1990s. Now, Sky Management has revamped the space into a posh playground of fine dining once more with dramatic coastal interiors by Beirut-based designer Maggy Monsef. Outside, a manicured garden of expanded gardens, white roses and lavender surround a 1,000-year-old olive tree perfect for late-night alfresco dining.

The Food

A thoroughly French dining room offers a modern coastal menu for lunch and dinner. Appetizers of grilled asparagus, Bresaola with parmesan and homemade burrata compliment actual crepes available in a selection of savory and sweet chocolate options. Main course delivers veal scaloppini, steak frites and roast chicken with compliments of fresh pasta and variety of sides.
