Amongst a haze of synthetic fog and synchronized laser lights, Acapulco’s hottest electronic dance club manages to snag some of the world’s hottest DJs for monthly theme parties and weekly events. The futuristic-theme club follows a common formula of many high-profile Mexican nightclubs, namely a factory-size dance space with few walls and nightly stage show ablaze in metallic-clad Aztec warriors. The club is designed as an amphitheater with tiered-seating offering waiter service and event spaces available for private rental. The dance floor doesn’t come alive until after midnight, when a local crowd of hotel workers and international guest gyrate to pulsating techno tunes till the morning light.
Tips
Don’t dress to impress, this isn’t Acapulco’s most evolved dance scene but it is the best European-style dance club you’ll find.
