An après-ski lounge and nightclub on the slopes of Courchevel, Ku-De-Ta occupies the former-Kalico space offering a mix of house DJs, occasional live band and chic winter crowd that peaks from January through March. Courchevel's wildest live music pub, begins around 4pm as a younger-set of snowboarders and skiers free from the posh-trappings of area hotels and lounge scenes. They arrive to a lively Cuban-theme lodge bar offering a weekday happy hour with live bands and house DJs spinning indoors and on an outside terrace during warmer months. Later in the evening the bar starts to fill-up with a cool-set of diners looking for a light mix of tapas. A menu of Cuban specialties, burger and bacon sandwiches compliments a mostly-beer drinking crowd that gets rowdier as the night progresses.
