The ME originally billed it as a restaurant, but once the folks lingering from daytime Blue Marlin found its basement location it's been all disco lights and Jay-Z remixes. Dare Rose is located in the underbelly of perennial party palace ME Resort in a hodgepodge scene of slurring hotel guests in short-shorts and gussied-up locals that consider it prime social stomping ground for the under-40 professional singles.
Rose Bar is arranged near a proper dining room and series of lounges with outdoor courtyard with white opium-style daybeds illuminated by gas fire pit that looks quite similar to poolside Blue Marlin. While the dining room is open throughout the week, Thursday is when the DJs open up in the lounge with dance floor scene that rage till 4am and sometime even late enough to watch staff set-up breakfast service in the dining room.
Tips
Be prepared to sweat, the club isn’t well air conditioned meaning that things get especially sticky doing the bump-and-grind on the dance floor during warmer summer months.

While guests of the hotel get in for free, cover ranges upwards of $15 with bottle service starting at $200 with premium selection of tequila and vodka.
