Located opposite an unsightly hotel in Playa d'en Bossa, BeacHouse is the latest progression of this once party-minded seaside stretch of sand into a playground of the rich and fabulous. Located within a stylish compound along a sandy beachfront with swimming beach, a series of open-air dining rooms are laid in ashy gray plank flooring with minimalist decor and beachy bar attended by Ibiza's most attractive. Part Italian dining room and part full-on beach club, the outdoor beach area includes rows of day loungers and bookable mattress service with evening sunset parties that roar with house DJs through midnight.
Sunset parties don't get going until sunset, typically, as DJs crank up the amps on house and electronic sets through 12am.
Chef Alberto Caravell manages to bring a culinary edge to what could be an otherwise typical blasÚ beach club menu of sashimi and grilled seafood. Instead, innovative pasta courses and fresh salad are delivered with unexpected gusto.
